A Collaborative Project
Saanich Head Start Advisory Committee
Because our project is collaborative, Saanich Head Start formed a committee known at the Saanich Head Start Advisory Committee, which meets at least once a month with at least one staff member and one parent representative from each partner site.
We share resources, ideas, materials and
successes. This group also works to put on collaborative events for
all the partner communities such as, parent workshops, and annual
events such as our Father’s Day Dinner, Health Fair, and Back to
School Hair Cut Event.
