Because Tseycum is a small community, Victoria has the unique opportunity to wear many hats;

The Social Services Advocate supporting children and families on reserve.

The Adult Education and Employment Counselor, providing information and referrals to training, employment and educational opportunities.

Coordinator for Elders Activities, including the Elders Conferences, Elders Lunches, workshops and events.

Coordinates the Aboriginal Infant Development Program (AIDP), providing support to families with infant children, outreach, workshops, information and referral.

As well she works closely with the Head Start Program, incorporating Head Start activities and principles into many of the community events.
