Infant Group                            Ages 0-2

Delivered in warm and colorfully inviting surroundings, Pauquachin's Infant Group features group-playtime that stimulates developing young ones in guided play that promotes large and small motor skills.

Parents and children are offered Baby Signs, parent discussion time, traditional & Mother Goose sing-a-longs, circle time, as well the group shares in nutritional snacks.

Play Group                             Ages 0-6

As our young ones grow, Play Group offers a more dynamic play environment designed to encourage the eager new learner.  Parents are encouraged to participate in educational play that continues to cultivate healthy bonding in families and encourages parents as primary educators in their children's lives.

Art, music and  physical activities and are infused with culture and language. 

Trinity Parent Group       

Hosted by Trinity Christian Center parents meet twice a month for workshops and sharing parent time.  Child-minding provided.  

Elder Participation

Elder participation is a valuable piece to our cultural component. We turn to our elders and community members as resources to share with us traditional teachings and beliefs.  

Just as important as parents' involvement, elders visit weekly, bringing with them their knitting crafts, stories about being raised in Pauquachin's earlier days, living with relatives and extended families, family roots, family names, canoe pulling, big-house ceremonies, traditional parenting and carving.
